I'm excited to bring you our first newsletter. Someday this will look polished and schmancy....but until I figure out how to do that: I want to share all of the upcoming fun at Real Foods ASAP!

Hmmmm......what order to say everything in??? I'm just gonna go for it. We have so many cool things going on, I don't want you to miss any of it!

So we are doing a few fun promos right now:

• Free organic fairtrade coffee before 10am (drink here)
• Happy Hour: Tuesdays and Fridays 3:30-6pm, including $1.50 pizza slices and free snacks (eat here)
• Dr. Hauschka gift with purchase (while supplies last)- spend $150 on DH products and get a free DH gift set (valued at $65)

Local Produce - we've started some beautiful relationships with local farmers

• Corn,beans,cherry tomatoes,potatoesCiopolini onions,greens,garlic and more all from BAINBRIDGE. Green/Rednions and other vegis from Silverdale
• Apples, peaches,pluots,nectarines and pears from Yakima, Carrots and other great vegis from Nash's....YUM!

THIS IS THE REALLY FUN PART!!!!!!!!!

1. October 6th- (That's THIS MONDAY) we are hosting a "Tasting" of all of delicious cafe foods and our homemade goodies from the deli case and freezer. If you missed the open house....and even if you didnt...bring you and yours to eat with us! Monday 10/6 3:30-6:30
2. October 13th- Farmer's Dinner. Calling all local farmers...no farm is too large or too small. An opportunity for local growers to be in the same room, chit chat about what you grow,brainstorm and eat great food! Monday 10/13 6:30 RSVP 842-3333
3. HALLOWEEN- Huge Party! We are cooking ghoulish dinner, playing crazy games, costume contests, Prizes,live music, trick or treating. So much fun! We are going to have crossing guards assisting at the Highway.....so come on over after you've hit West Winslow and party at Harbor Square. Its my favorite holiday, come celebrate with me. Kidcentric partying early....growed up ghouls til 10pm. And......ummmm.......wear a costume! Friday 10/31 4:30-10pm
4. November 3rd- Beauty Inside and Out Night- We are going to play with all of the Health and Beauty products. Mini facials, hand massages,demos, samples.....and of course, dinner!....maybe champange and Berry Drunk Smoothies????? Carrie and her girls would be so jealous! Local Beauty experts coming to guide our ways! Let the stress of the world go tonight, be even more beautiful. Monday 11/3 6-9pm
5. November 4th- I Voted Sale Come in and tell us you voted and receive specials throughout the store and cafe
6. Thanksgiving Dinners- sign up now to have us prepare your thanksgiving dinner. We make everything you need for TG! Just throw your turkey and all of our organic yummy homemade sides in the oven and voila.....perfect, glorious family meal. Order your turkeys here too.
7. November 29th- Home for the Holidays throughout downtown Winslow. We are doing a huge gift basket creating event. We've got all of the baskets,ribbons and shreddings to decorate your baskets filled with specialty foods, chocolates, wines, spectacular beauty products, great books, unique yoga and exercise gear etc etc. We are going to be getting in even more magnificent stuff!

And....we are having a great gift basket special....

For every $100 you spend in our store, you get a $20 gift certificate in the cafe!!!!!!!!!!!!
